FAQs

  • Do you travel outside of Chicago?

    Yes, we service Chicago and surrounding suburbs. Travel fees will apply depending on location. 

  • Do you have an order minimum?

    Minimum $350 for event set-up

    Anything under $350 is a pick-up/quick drop-off option. 


    We have different options available to fit your needs! 


     A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. Remaining balance is due two weeks before your scheduled event.

  • Will you install and deliver?

    Delivery and installation is provided for an additional fee depending on the location and type of balloon install. 

  • How far in advance should I book?

    We recommend booking 3-4 weeks in advance to secure your date. For larger installations, earlier booking is ideal. 


    Last-minute inquiries are welcome based on availability and will inquire an additional fee.


    50% of total must be paid to secure  your event date

  • Can the balloons be installed outside?

    The balloons can be installed outside, but should be placed out of direct sunlight. Dark colors should not really be installed outside during the summer months. 

  • How long do the balloons last?

    The air-filled balloons can last anywhere from several days to several weeks depending on conditions (environmental, children, pets, etc.) Helium balloons can last up to 24 hours+

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    The 50% retainer is non-refundable and may be applied towards a future date, subject to availability within twelve weeks.


    Cancellations less than one week from your install/drop-off date are NOT eligible to be applied towards a rescheduled date.

Casa Zepeda LLC is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur once decor has been delivered and/or installed. This includes, but is not limited to, weather conditions, items shifting or falling, or misuse after setup.
